USFN will also be continuing on with our annual Legal Issues in Mortgage Servicing Seminar.  This highly-interactive educational event, geared toward in-house counsel and their staff, is designed to discuss current legal issues in real estate finance and the mortgage servicing industry.  USFN’s Legal Issues in Mortgage Servicing Seminar facilitates open communication on the complex and potentially costly issues that in-house counsel deals with on a daily basis.
