This award-winning publication is a quarterly
24-page newsmagazine focusing on industry trends, news, updates, and
other information. Each edition addresses a specific theme and usually
contains several features on topics related to that theme. Themes for
2011 and 2012: Legal Issues (winter), Post-Foreclosure (spring),
Default Management (summer), and Bankruptcy (autumn). The
USFN Report also contains regular columns on
homeowner association issues, as well as intermittent columns on
technology and other industry topics. Further resources in the
USFN Report include updates on USFN seminars
and events, a calendar of mortgage industry conferences and educational
programs, and a brief listing of USFN Members and Associate Members.
