Industry News & Information

The home page of USFN's Website is updated regularly with industry news and information. We also maintain a large online Article Library of industry-related articles, many of which are written by USFN attorneys. Mortgage servicers and others in the industry can share information and gain feedback on issues by participating in the USFN e-Discussion Groups.

USFN's e-Update, a monthly e-newsletter, provides timely articles on current issues, legislation, and tips on boosting efficiency and productivity. For those interested in printed news publications, our industry newsmagazine, the USFN Report is published on a quarterly basis. USFN also has committees responsible for reviewing various mortgage servicing topics, such as REO/Eviction, Commercial/Multifamily servicing, investor/insurer bulletins, legislative and case updates, bankruptcy, foreclosure and technology.
