To meet the needs of mortgage servicers and the industry, USFN is continually developing, updating, and expanding a number of training and reference resources, including:

State-by-State Desk Guides covering bankruptcy, foreclosure, manufactured homes, loss mitigation and REO/Eviction issues;

The Video Training Program series, with three separate programs focusing on the fundamentals of bankruptcy and foreclosure, as well as effective attorney-client interaction;

An Eviction Timelines Matrix, which also includes personal property disposition in all 50 states and D.C.;

A Foreclosure Timelines Matrix, an easy-to-read resource containing estimated foreclosure timelines for each state;

The National Mortgage Servicer's Reference Directory^TM, a “first-stop” resource of up-to-date information to assist national and multi-state lenders, servicers and other mortgage professionals.

Writing and Implementing a Living Quality Plan for Mortgage Servicers and Law Firms (A Living Quality Plan) is a practical guide to organized, ongoing quality assurance.
