Since acquiring the rights to the NMSRD in 2000, USFN has released new editions annually (18th - 26th eds.). In each new edition, the NMSRD  is significantly updated and expanded. It contains summaries of state foreclosure and eviction laws, state statutory requirements, government agency regulations, loan satisfaction-reconveyance laws, and deficiency judgment statutes.
