USFN invites you to join us for an information-packed
day discussing current legal issues in real estate finance and the
mortgage servicing industry. This 5th Annual Seminar, designed
for mortgage servicing company in-house legal counsel, mortgage
servicing attorneys, and their paralegals & litigation
managers, is intended to facilitate understanding of and
dialogue on the complex and potentially costly issues that you deal with
on a daily basis. Those familiar with USFN’s educational events
know that our sessions are always highly interactive, informative and
timely, and discussion - not lecture - is the usual format. So bring
your questions and challenging scenarios, and be prepared to have a
dialogue with a dynamic group of the industry’s best.
The seminar covers a number of critically important
topics and will include a review of today’s Hot Topics
& New Cases/Legislation, followed by an update on
state and federal legislative proposals and new laws. Also
offered are two breakout sessions (concurrent), examining
Bankruptcy Issues and Loss Mitigation
Issues. As an attendee, you will have an opportunity to focus
on areas of special interest to you and your company in our highly
interactive roundtable setting. Our closing session will be a
“point / counterpoint” discussion, featuring
consumer advocates and creditor’s rights attorneys.

on-site. If you did not sign-up for CLE credit when you
registered, you can download the documents below (and we will invoice
you $25/state when your completed forms are received at
