2010 June Loan Management & Servicing Seminar

JUST ANNOUNCED!

MEDIATION ROUNDTABLE
Wednesday, June 9  |  1:30 - 5:30pm

You are invited to participate in this new forum where attorneys, servicers and mediation administrators can come together to discuss best practices for mediation hearings.

The Mediation Roundtable is replacing the Servicing Manager's Networking Roundtable and will be held Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon.  There is no additional cost to participate, but please confirm your attendance with Tiffany Cohen via email at tcohen@usfn.org.

Let's face it.  Lately there's no shortage of educational opportunities in the default servicing arena.  There are some months where you could go to a different conference each week.  It's becoming more difficult to sift through the deluge of seminars, webinars and expos to locate the best educational value for your training dollar.

SO, WHY CHOOSE USFN'S LOAN MANAGEMENT & SERVICING SEMINAR?

Quality + Value. Our goal at USFN is to provide the highest quality of education available for the default servicing industry, not to see how much we can squeeze out of our attendees' pockets. That's why one low registration fee covers your seminar materials, networking events and most of your high-quality meals and snacks. Mortgage industry professionals attend for $495. That's a bargain compared to other seminars that charge as much as $1,300 - and don't even feed you!  In addition our value pricing, you earn one FREE registration for every 2 paid attendees.

Restricted Attendance. Not just anyone can come to a USFN Loan Management & Servicing Seminar.  For starters, members of the media are never allowed to attend (we even prohibit audio and video taping of each session to respect the sensitive nature of the topics.) Servicers, Investors and GSEs are welcome along with USFN Members and Associate Members. That's it. You won't be bombarded by random vendors or foreclosure wannabes fighting for your time and making you feel like you have a target on your back.

Education. The top two reasons people attend seminars: to learn and to network. We offer more than 20 educational sessions over a day-and-a-half. We focus on Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Technology, and Eviction/REO issues.  In addition, each one of our sessions is structured to engage attendees.  You won't find yourself sitting in a room looking at a table of talking heads.  Instead, our sessions are set in a roundtable format to encourage open communication.

You won't want to miss our NEW Default Servicing 101 Super Session - designed for those new to the field.  CLICK HERE for more information on this exciting new session!
