Overview: This special seminar, for mortgage servicing company in-house legal counsel, mortgage servicing attorneys, and their paralegals & litigation managers, will provide important updates and discussion on our industry's most critical legal issues.

Cost is $425 for a company's first attendee, $295 for each additional person (special rate for "additional person" is applicable to servicing companies/GSEs only)
Early registration deadline is June 23

CLE accreditation for all sessions is being sought in every state with CLE requirements. For attending 4 consecutive sessions (the maximum possible), it is anticipated that attorneys will receive approximately 6.00 hours of CLE credit (7.20 hours for states using a 50-minute hour). Ethics credit, or other specialized CLE hours, is not available. CLE processing fee is $25 per state; see registration form to request a Uniform Certificate of Attendance.

Education Sessions: The seminar will open with a review of high-impact cases and recent legislation.
