OVERVIEW

Join us for USFN's 2007 Spring Regional Default Servicing Seminar, featuring thirty roundtable education sessions, with special emphasis on meeting the needs of mortgage servicing management and staff at all levels! You can select sessions from seven tracks, which include: Attorney-Client Interaction, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, In-house Servicing Discussions, Post-Foreclosure Sale and Technology matters. And, of course, you will want to participate in our Wednesday evening event at the Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards and Thursday evening Dinner Event at Baltimore's Renowned Tapas Restaurant, Pazo, both included as part of your registration fees. It's no wonder USFN Seminars are considered the best education value in the servicing industry.

ATTENDANCE FIGURES:
We are expecting approximately 400 attendees from around the country to attend our 30 NEW & UPDATED interactive, roundtable-formatted education sessions.

LOCATION/ACCOMMODATIONS:
Hyatt Regency Baltimore: Hotel reservations can now be made by contacting Christina Danovsky at USFN's National office (cdanovsky@usfn.org or 800-635-6128 ext. 214). Our room block is now full; however, the hotel has agreed to add rooms on an individual basis (through Christina) at our preferred rate of $189 for as long as possible, and then at a slightly higher (but still favorable) rate. (Calling the hotel directly will result in a room rate of approx. $359/night.) To contact the Baltimore Hyatt, please call (410) 528-1234.
