If you prepaid for CLE credit when you registered for our 2009 Loan Management & Servicing Seminar in New Orleans, LA, you should have received a CLE envelope in your registration packet on-site.  If you did not sign-up for CLE credit when you registered, you can download the documents below (and we will invoice you $45/state when your completed forms are received at our National Office:  USFN, Attn:  Kelly Mauras, 14471 Chambers Rd., Ste. 260, Tustin, CA 92780).  Please note:  Some states require special reporting forms which we could not post below.  If your state utilizes one of these computerized/special forms, please contact Kelly Mauras (800-635-6128 ext. 217 or kmauras@usfn.org).
