OVERVIEW
Join us for the first USFN Default Servicing Seminar of 2005, featuring twenty-nine roundtable educational sessions, with special emphasis on meeting the needs of mortgage servicing management and staff at all levels! You can select sessions from six tracks, which include: Attorney-Client Interaction, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, In-house Servicing Discussions and Post-Foreclosure Sale matters.  And of course, you will want to participate in our social events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, both included as part of your registration fees.  It's no wonder USFN Seminars are considered the best education value in the servicing industry.  Attendance at our seminars continues to sell out very quickly, so we encourage you to register early.

We ask that you do not use a travel agency to book your room since our low room rates are dependent on all of our attendees being in our room block. Hotel cut-off is Tuesday, March 29, 2005. Rooms may sell-out prior to that date, so we encourage you to obtain your room as soon as possible.

10% for 6 or more, 15% for 11 or more and 20% for 21 or more

LOCATION/ACCOMMODATIONS:

Hyatt Regional Huntington Beach: For hotel reservations, please call (800) 233-1234 for a discounted room rate of $179 single or double occupancy. This special room rate has been extended to Friday, April 1, 2005. USFN has developed a specific reservation process to help ensure the integrity of program costs and rooms, and therefore we would appreciate it if you would not use a travel agency when making your hotel reservations.
