What's included with my Registration Fee?

Your registration fee includes the following:


• Seminar materials and information on sessions and events via the USFN mobile app

• Entrance to all sessions 

• Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday evening

• Raffle prize drawings during Breakfast, Lunch and Supersession on Thursday




What is not included in my Registration Fee? 

Your registration does not include the following: 

• Airfare / transportation to Jacksonville, FL

• Airport transfers 

• Hotel accommodations 

• CLE credit ($60/state)




Who may attend?

USFN's Loan Management & Servicing Seminar is a limited-attendance event.


Those eligible to attend include: 

• Servicers (unlimited per company, discounts may apply) 

• GSEs (unlimited per company, discounts may apply) 

• Investors 

• USFN Members (unlimited per firm) 

• USFN Associate Members (limit per membership level)




Who may not attend?

USFN's Loan Management & Servicing Seminar is a limited-attendance event.


Those ineligible to attend include:


• Members of the media (including trade outlets) 

• Vendors and suppliers who are not USFN Associate Members 

• Non-Member trustee companies and law firms

May I bring a guest?


Guests are not permitted to attend the education sessions; however, you may purchase guest tickets for the following event: 


• Wednesday Welcome Reception and Dinner: $150/guest




What is the attire?


Attire for the Loan Management & Servicing Seminar is business casual during the day. Meeting rooms can be on the chilly side, so please bring a light sweater or jacket.




When is the deadline to take advantage of the USFN Hotel Group Rate?

You must reserve your room by 2/13/17 to be in the USFN room block & included in USFN group rates. For more information click here: USFN Loan Management & Servicing Seminar Hotel.



Shipping items to the event?

Please do not have packages shipped to USFN or USFN staff, as we will not be able to accept or assume responsibility for those items. Thank you! 


The Hotel is able to store some meeting materials prior to your arrival.


Packages must be sent for delivery up to three days prior to your scheduled event.


 Each item should be clearly marked as follows:

  • USFN Loan Management & Servicing Seminar
  • Hold for arrival 00/00/0000 (whenever your staff member(s) will be arriving)
  • Name of your organization’s on-site contact (Not USFN Staff Member)
  • c/o Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront
  • 225 Coastline Drive East, Jacksonville, FL  32202

There are package handling fees for incoming & outgoing packages:

  • Letter, package or envelope (next day) – FREE
  • Small Box (9 pounds or less) - $8
  • Medium/Large box (10-49 pounds) - $12
  • XL Boxed/Small Cases (50+ pounds) - $30
  • Standard Cases: $50
  • XL Cases/Crates - $100
  • Pallets - $150


Note: Distribution of promotional stickers or labels is not allowed in hotel common areas.




What are USFN's Seminar Policies?

USFN seminars are created to foster open and candid communication between mortgage service industry professionals, USFN Member Attorneys and Associate Members. In order to retain the security, integrity and purpose of the sessions, USFN maintains the following policies:


  • Audio and/or video taping of any part of the seminar is prohibited (including individual sessions & networking events). 
  • Members of the media are not permitted to attend.
  • USFN Members and Associate Members are not permitted to host events that conflict with scheduled USFN seminar activities, including but not limited to sessions, networking events and meal functions.
