Session Description

Meeting possession timelines and avoiding delays when selling property post-foreclosure is extremely important.  Missing investor timelines can be costly and make or break a servicer’s asset.  Whether its PTFA, contested evictions, vacant properties, code violations, receivership, HOA liens or title issues time is money.  This session will focus on proven strategies to reduce delays and adverse outcomes while avoiding traps that may delay achieving control, possession and disposition of bank-owned properties.

As always, you are invited to provide questions for our panelists during the webinar.

Target Audience

The target audience for this session will be Eviction/REO asset portfolio managers, attorneys and specialists.  After this session, attendees will understand the most current issues and trends affecting post-foreclosure properties, the steps needed to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and expedite the property disposition process.
