Session Description

Meeting possession timelines and avoiding delays when selling property post-foreclosure is extremely important.  Missing investor timelines can be costly and make or break a servicer’s asset.  Whether its PTFA, contested evictions, vacant properties, code violations, receivership, HOA liens or title issues time is money.  This session will focus on proven strategies to reduce delays and adverse outcomes while avoiding traps that may delay achieving control, possession and disposition of bank-owned properties.
