Executive Servicer Summit - Members 2026

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.

1. Member Registration: Complete the first page for member registration. Activity selections will open 45-60 days prior to the event, and registration is required in order to receive the activity link.

2. Guest Registration: On the second page, choose "Save and Add Another Attendee" to add a guest registration. PLEASE provide the guest's own email and cell phone in the form so we can communicate with them for activity selection, onsite updates, and more.

Guests cannot be affiliated with a non-member law firm or industry organizations. Guests employed by a member law firm must register at the member rate.

3. Payment: You will be charged today for member registration ($6,999) and if added, guest registration ($2,499).  If you add-on ground transportation, those charges will also be added to today's invoice. Event activities are invoiced separately, immediately following the completion of our event.

4. Registration Confirmation: You (and your guest) will receive acknowledgment of payment and confirmation of registration for you (and your guest) upon successful submission of the registration form and our receipt of your payment. Your confirmation will also include the group hotel reservation link.

5. Activity Selection: Activities are an additional charge and will be billed after the event. Activity selections will open 45-60 days prior to the event, and registration is required in order to receive the activity link. Please include a unique email address for guest registrants so they can access event details, activities, and the event mobile app. Once a selection has been made, payment is required unless the spot is filled by another registrant; see the Cancellation Policy for details.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an e-mail from Kara Nacarato (knacarato@usfn.org) with information on selecting your top choices for activities - you will also be sent a Smartsheet link to log your preferred choices.

6. Travel Dates:

• Please plan to arrive Thursday, October 22nd, the Reception starts at 6 PM.
• Our closing dinner will be Saturday, October 24th, so please plan to depart Sunday, October 25th.
