USFNspire, formerly the USFN Member Retreat, is USFN's only event created exclusively for Law Firm Members, Associate Members, and their guests. Held every two years, USFNspire brings the member community together for candid conversations, meaningful connections, and education focused on leadership, firm management, and long-term success.
We'd love to see every USFN member firm represented at USFNspire 2027. When each firm has a seat at the table, our entire association benefits. It's an opportunity to strengthen relationships across the network, contribute to important association conversations and decisions, thank our outgoing Board members, and celebrate the installation of our incoming Board. Firms are encouraged to bring colleagues with a range of experiences and perspectives, from longtime USFN participants to those looking to become more engaged.

Then, get creative during a hands-on mask-making workshop led by a Mardi Gras World artist. USFNspire is reserved for USFN Law Firm Members, Associate Members, and their guests. As the only USFN event dedicated entirely to the member community, it offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, encourage greater involvement in the association, and build a more connected member community.
Spouses and significant others are encouraged to attend. They are welcome to participate in event meals, social gatherings, and group activities. Guests can also explore New Orleans or enjoy the hotel while members attend educational sessions and association business meetings.
