USFNgage brings mortgage servicing professionals together for four complimentary, 90-minute in-depth virtual learning sessions each year built around conversation, collaboration, and shared expertise.
Rather than simply listening to a presentation, participants engage directly with speakers and one another, exploring timely industry topics through facilitated discussions and small-group breakout sessions. Together, participants exchange experiences, consider best practices, and bring new perspectives back to the full group.

Who Should Attend
USFNgage brings together USFN members and mortgage servicing professionals from servicers, government-sponsored enterprises, banks, lenders, and other financial institutions. Sessions are designed for professionals who want to explore industry issues, exchange perspectives, and learn from peers across mortgage servicing.
USFNgage is designed for active participation. Come prepared to turn on your camera and engage with both speakers and fellow participants. Participation will include non-verbal communication (reactions, written comments/questions via chat) and verbal communication (answering questions and sharing experiences).

Zoom Functionality
To take full advantage of Zoom features during USFNgage sessions, including the ability to select your preferred breakout room, be sure you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded to your computer. To verify your version, open Zoom, select your profile menu, and choose “Check for Updates.”
Equipment
For the best learning and networking experience, we recommend joining the Zoom meeting from a laptop or desktop computer rather than a tablet, smartphone, or other mobile device.
