Session 1
INTRODUCTION TO DEFAULT SERVICING
Participants are introduced to the default servicing lifecycle, from loan origination through default resolution. This session explores common default triggers, loss mitigation, foreclosure, key stakeholders, and foundational concepts that provide context for the Learning Lab curriculum.

TITLE BASICS & LIEN PRIORITY
