Schneiderman & Sherman P.C (USFN Member – IN, KY, MI, MN, OH) recently welcomed several new attorneys to the firm:

Associate Attorney Mai Le joined Schneiderman & Sherman’s (SSPC) litigation department in November 2025 and is based out of its Michigan headquarters. With six years of legal experience, including five years specializing in immigration law, she recently expanded into real estate law with a focus on property litigation and foreclosure matters.

Adam Redmon joined SSPC in November 2025 with more than seven years of experience practicing real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, Redmon worked in eminent domain litigation, further strengthening his diverse real estate law background. He is based in the firm’s Indianapolis location and works with SSPC’s tri-state judicial foreclosure department.

Edward Delp joined SSPC in February 2026, bringing years of experience in foreclosure, replevin, and creditors’ rights. Licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, as well as several federal courts, he represents clients throughout the Tri-State region.

Joshua Chomet joined SSPC in June 2026 as a new associate attorney in the foreclosure department. Based in the firm’s Michigan headquarters, he has more than five years of experience in the default industry and a background spanning several legal departments.
