USFN is excited to announce the launch of our new website and Association Management System (AMS). This new platform will make it easier to manage your membership, register for events, update your profile, access resources, and more.
As you begin to navigate the new website and AMS, we've answered some common questions you may have below. We'll continue to update this page with additional information.

What is Novi AMS?
Novi is USFN's new Association Management System. It will provide an improved online experience and make it easier to manage your membership, event registrations, profile information, and other member resources.
Why is USFN making this change?
We're investing in a new platform to provide a modern, user-friendly experience with improved profile management, easier event registration, enhanced self-service capabilities, and increased security.
When will Novi launch?
The new site is expected to launch early- to mid-September. During this transition, please allow extra time for system updates and possible delays.
Will there be any downtime?
Possibly. During the transition, there may be a brief period when some online services are unavailable. We will try to communicate those dates in advance.
Will my membership information transfer?
Yes. Your membership information will be transferred to the new system.
Will I need to create a new password?
Yes. For security purposes, you'll be asked to create a new password the first time you access the new system.
Will my username change?
You will continue to use your corporate email address as your username.
Will I need to review my profile after launch?
Yes. After your first login, please review and verify that your contact information, company details, job title, communication preferences, and other profile information are accurate and up to date. If any updates are needed, you can make them in the Member Compass section.
Will my communication preferences transfer?
No. After launch, you'll need to review and update your communication preferences in the Privacy Settings section of your profile.
Will my event registrations still be there?
Yes, all registration information will transfer to the new system.
Will my USFN Source access change?
You will continue to access www.usfnsource.org. If you are a subscriber to The USFN Source or any of its related resources, after the AMS launch, you will be able to log in using the same username and password you create for your usfn.org profile.
Will Learning Labs and CASE Files still be available?
Yes. You will continue to have access to Learning Labs and CASE Files. Any Learning Labs or CASE Files you are currently enrolled in will remain available, and you will not need to re-register.
How will I know when the new system is live?
We'll have updates on our website and send email announcements.
